Reduced sugar in the diet is a good thing no matter how healthy you are. Those suffering from Candida and other gut issues may need to cut out all forms of sugar, including fruit. These sugar-free recipes are only excluding added sugar in the form of rapadura, honey, sucanat, molasses, etc. and may still include fruit. These sugar-free recipes are not necessarily low-carb.
