Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine egg, butter, milk, maple syrup, and salt. Beat well.
Stir in flour and baking powder until just mixed.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into muffin tins and bake 375* for 20-25 minutes. For mini-muffins, bake ~10 minutes.
These freeze well.
